Exciting Opportunity: Music Teacher Position at a Highly Regarded School in Tower Hamlets!

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking a fresh start after the Summer holidays! Our school, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, is actively recruiting an exceptional Music Teacher to join our dynamic Music department. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to teach Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4, and contribute to our school's supportive and encouraging ethos that prioritizes the growth of both students and staff.

Role Overview: As a Music Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in incorporating a wide range of musical instruments and movement into your lessons. You will teach diverse music styles, including general, classical, and futuristic genres, while planning and implementing creative musical outlets for students. Additionally, you will inspire students to think outside the box and encourage their exploration of new possibilities in music.

About You:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have experience in teaching Music up to Key Stage 4 (experience up to Key Stage 5 is desirable but not essential)

• Possess proficient communication skills, including verbal, written, and reading comprehension

• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Music, Teaching, and the educational development of students

• Embrace opportunities for Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

• Stay up to date with the Music curricula and assessment requirements
