Music Teacher required on a supply basis within a secondary school.

Protocol Education are working closely with a fantastic Secondary School based in London. We are seeking an inspiring Teacher of Music to join the team as soon as possible. 

Our successful candidate will deliver high-quality learning opportunities for our students in this curriculum area. Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified teachers as we can offer fantastic professional development at every stage of a teacher’s career. We ask our teachers to plan for a rigorous learning experience in which knowledge is broken down into manageable chunks. We believe that knowledge should and needs to be taught explicitly from the front by the subject expert in the room.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Music

  • Experience of teaching GCSE

  • A comprehensive understanding of the research and cognitive science behind what makes effective teaching

  • The desire to forge strong relationships with colleagues and willingness to collaborate for the benefit of all students and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
