Experience/Qualifcations needed:
- Experience teaching/working with students of SEN is desired, but not essential.
- Bachelors degree in music.
- QTS or relevant qualification.
- Passion, skills and strong knowledge of music of various genres.
You in the role:
- Strong sense of team work.
- Exciting and 'out the box' ways of learning with music evident in your lessons.
- Willingness to add to the ever developing curriculum.
- Can build good working relationships with the students.
- Good communication across the department and with parents/carers.
- Creative & can encourage, creativity, critical thinking and expression of idea.
- Can plan, develop and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 + KS4.
- Experience with musical instrument/music technology and display a willingness to use this as a teaching tool.
- Model good performance practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
