About the role

You’ll be:

  • Teaching your specialist language across relevant key stages, delivering consistently strong lessons.

  • Supporting a wide range of learners, including pupils with SEND, pupil premium students, looked-after children, and high attainers.

  • Building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.

  • Contributing to enrichment opportunities that add real value beyond the classroom.

  • Developing your own expertise while supporting the growth of others.

  • Working confidently within the Teachers’ Standards, with scope for Upper Pay Scale responsibility where appropriate.

About you

You’ll:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Be a strong communicator who embraces change and motivates those around you.
