About the Role

As an MFL Teacher, you will have the exciting opportunity to teach French, Spanish, German, or other languages. Your engaging lessons will help students develop fluency, confidence, and an appreciation for other cultures, preparing them for a global future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver innovative, curriculum-aligned MFL lessons.
  • Teach languages across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable).
  • Foster enthusiasm for learning languages and understanding different cultures.
  • Assess and track student progress, offering constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s MFL department.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
  • Experience teaching MFL at the secondary level (KS3/KS4; KS5 is a bonus!).
  • Expertise in French, Spanish, German, or another core language.
  • A passion for language education and cultural exchange.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
