We’re working with a friendly secondary school in Wakefield looking for a Maths Teacher to join their team from January. The school’s got supportive leadership, a calm atmosphere, and a department that genuinely works together rather than in silos.
What you’ll be doing

Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4

Helping students build confidence with key concepts and problem solving

Working alongside a collaborative department with shared resources

Bringing clarity, structure, and a bit of enjoyment to the world of numbers
What the school is looking for

UK QTS or a recognised teaching qualification

Strong Maths subject knowledge, particularly at GCSE level

Someone who can break down tricky topics in a way that just makes sense
