Protocol Education are working on behalf of an outstanding school in South Tyneside to recruit for a teacher of Math's. This position is to start in ASAP. The successful Math's teacher will be required to work on a full time basis until at least Janurary - with great potential to go permanent.

The school wishes to appoint a Math's Teacher who can continue to drive achievements and is or has the potential to be an Outstanding practitioner.


Responsibilities of the Math's Teacher

  • Prepare, plan, and deliver engaging lessons whilst staying up to date with the current curriculum developments.
  • Evaluate student progress through assignments and projects providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Teach to students with a range of different learning styles.
  • Implement various teaching techniques to foster engagement and interaction.

About You

  • You will be experienced teaching up to KS4 with the passion and enthusiasm to deliver the subject.
  • You must hold QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Math's or a related field.
  • Strong communication and in-depth knowledge of Math's.

The school is willing to consider applications from experienced Math's teachers and ECTS.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
