Job Description: As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics lessons to students across various key stages. You will inspire students to develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts, problem-solving skills, and a love for the subject.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging mathematics lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to make mathematics accessible and enjoyable for all students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and encouraged to excel.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for improving student outcomes in mathematics.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics education.
- Previous experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
