Job Description: As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics lessons to students across various key stages. You will inspire students to develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts, problem-solving skills, and a love for the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging mathematics lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to make mathematics accessible and enjoyable for all students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and encouraged to excel.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for improving student outcomes in mathematics.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics education.
  • Previous experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
