Role Overview:

As an SEN Teacher with Protocol Education, you will:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with special educational needs.
Differentiate instruction to accommodate individual learning styles and abilities.
Collaborate with support staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with students with special educational needs.
Strong knowledge of different learning styles and strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Enhanced DBS check.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
