We’re partnering with a welcoming secondary school in Telford where pupils feel safe, motivated, and genuinely proud to belong. The school is now looking for a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team.

At the heart of the school are the values of Ambition, Respect and Courage. These values shape everyday life and support pupils to become confident, independent young people who are encouraged to reflect, grow, and aim high. Diversity is celebrated here, with every pupil’s background and experience recognised as a strength that enriches the wider school community.

There’s a shared drive to recognise excellence and work towards it every day. Pupils are valued for their individual strengths, interests, and talents, which are carefully nurtured so they can reach their potential, not just for themselves, but for their families and the world beyond the school gates.

Learning sits firmly at the centre of the school’s vision. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to build strong subject knowledge while helping students apply what they learn in real-life contexts, both now and in the future. By making learning meaningful and relevant, pupils develop a strong sense of who they are and who they want to become.

This is a school with a clear identity and strong sense of purpose, inspired by an Olympian heritage that runs through its culture. Respect, excellence, and friendship are lived every day, in lessons, around the school, and on the sports field. Staff are trusted, well supported, and encouraged to focus on what really matters, high-quality teaching and positive relationships.
