We’re working with a secondary school in Telford where pupils feel safe, motivated, and genuinely proud of their school. They’re now looking for a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team.

At the heart of the school are the values of Ambition, Respect, and Courage. These guide everything they do and help shape confident, independent young people who are encouraged to reflect, grow, and aim high. Diversity is celebrated, with each pupil’s background and experience seen as a strength that adds to the wider school community.

The school is driven by a shared ambition to recognise excellence and strive for it every day. Every individual is valued for their unique strengths, passions, and talents, all of which are carefully nurtured so pupils can reach their potential, not just for themselves, but for their families and the world beyond school.

Learning sits firmly at the centre of the school’s vision. The curriculum is designed to build strong knowledge and give students the skills to apply what they learn now, in the future, and throughout their lives. By linking learning to real-life experiences, pupils gain a deeper understanding of who they are and who they want to become.

This is a school with a strong identity and a clear sense of purpose, inspired by an Olympian heritage that runs through its culture. Respect, excellence, and friendship are lived every day, in classrooms, corridors, and on the sports fields. Staff are trusted, well supported, and encouraged to focus on what matters most, high-quality teaching and meaningful relationships.
