We’re working with a supportive secondary school in Middlesbrough looking for a Mathematics Teacher who can build confidence, break concepts down clearly, and make problem-solving feel achievable—even for the most reluctant learners.

What you’ll be doing

Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4

Helping students build confidence with numbers, not fear them

Delivering clear, engaging lessons that genuinely land

Working within a friendly, collaborative maths department that shares resources and supports one another
What the school is looking for

UK QTS or equivalent

A strong grasp of Mathematics and how to teach it effectively

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
