Join our team as a Mathematics Graduate Teaching Assistant to support the Maths Department and enhance student learning. Responsibilities include assisting with lessons, creating educational materials, offering individualized student support, and contributing to the academic environment. Responsibilities:

 Assist in delivering engaging and effective math lessons

Support student learning inside and outside the classroom

Prepare teaching materials and resources

Provide tutoring sessions for individuals and small groups

Help with grading assignments and exams

Attend department meetings and school events

 

Qualifications:

 Degree in mathematics or related field

Passion for math and education

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate with teachers and students

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Previous similar role experience preferred but not required

 

Requirements:

 Right to work in the UK

Enhanced DBS check or willing to obtain

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents

Demonstrated commitment to education and personal growth

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
