This is a settled department with supportive leadership, clear behaviour systems, and pupils who respond well to structure. You’ll have the space to teach properly, without firefighting every lesson.

The role:

  • Supporting pupils of mixed abilities to make real progress

  • Working collaboratively within a friendly, organised Maths department

The school is looking for someone who:

  • Holds UK QTS (or is working towards it)

  • Has experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools

  • Brings calm confidence and clear expectations into the classroom

  • Wants to be part of a department that shares ideas and supports each other
