About the Setting:
A modern, purpose-built SEND provision for children with complex learning needs, including ASD, speech and language difficulties, and cognition & learning challenges. The environment is structured, supportive, and collaborative.
The Role:
We’re recruiting LSAs to support across primary and secondary phases, helping pupils access a personalised curriculum and develop independence.
Responsibilities:

Support learning in class and through individual interventions
-
Assist with sensory, communication, and social development
-
Implement EHCP targets
-
Use visual aids, communication tools, and structured routines
-
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Ideal Candidate:

Experience with ASD, MLD, or complex needs
-
Strong relationship-building skills
-
Patient, enthusiastic, and proactive
-
Collaborative and willing to learn

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
