A specialist school in Southend-on-Sea is looking for dedicated individuals to join their team. We welcome applicants from surrounding areas such as Chelmsford, Billericay, Basildon, Benfleet, and Wickford.
About the School:
The school supports children with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and is committed to helping every student reach their full potential.
The Role:

Work 5 days a week within the school or college provision, supporting students with severe and complex needs in small groups or on a 1:1 basis

Help improve student engagement, interaction, and attainment

Learn and develop your skills as an LSA / TA / Support Worker

Work closely with parents to ensure continuity of support between school and home

Bring a friendly, positive approach to teaching and learning, and quickly build strong relationships with individual children

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Previous school experience is welcomed, but not essential – graduates, support workers, healthcare assistants, youth workers, or anyone with relevant experience are encouraged to apply!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
