Are you a calm, caring, and reliable Learning Support Assistant looking for day-to-day supply work supporting children with SEN in mainstream primary schools across Colchester?
We work closely with welcoming, inclusive schools that value patience, consistency, and positive relationships. This role is ideal for LSAs who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a real difference to pupils who need extra support.
We’re looking for LSAs who are:

Experienced in supporting children with SEN in school or care settings

Calm, patient, and nurturing, particularly with behaviour and emotional regulation

Reliable, adaptable, and confident stepping into different classrooms

Able to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff

Committed to inclusion and pupil wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
