Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Sunderland?

We are currently recruiting dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support children across Early Years, KS1 and KS2 in a variety of primary and SEND school settings. This is an excellent opportunity to join supportive schools where every day is different, and your contribution truly makes a difference.


The Role:

  • Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, including those with additional needs.

  • Assist class teachers in planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.

  • Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment.

  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

  • Support pupils with personal care where required (training provided).


You Will Need:

  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.

  • A caring, resilient and proactive approach.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
