Level 3 Teaching Assistant (SEND) – South Shields

Location: South Shields
Start: Immediately
Contract: Full-time, ongoing
Pay: £90 to £110 per day (PAYE)

In this role, you’ll:

  • Support children with complex additional needs, including autism and communication differences

  • Work as part of a warm, experienced support team

  • Help deliver structured, personalised learning

  • Celebrate small wins and encourage independence wherever possible

What you bring:

  • Level 3 TA or Early Years qualification

  • Experience in SEND or a strong desire to learn

  • Confidence supporting sensory needs and emotional wellbeing

  • A kind, can-do attitude
