Qualified Teaching Assistant – Level 3 (SEND)

Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND across the school day.
This role is ideal for someone with a recognised TA qualification who wants to work in a supportive, inclusive environment.
You will play a key role in supporting learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
Key responsibilities:
• Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
• Delivering small-group interventions
• Supporting classroom learning and routines
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
• Encouraging independence and confidence
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Has experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Is confident working independently and as part of a team
• Is committed to inclusive education
