Qualified Teaching Assistant – Level 3 (SEMH Support)

Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Ongoing

We are recruiting a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a specialist or inclusive setting.
This role focuses on providing emotional, behavioural and learning support to pupils who need consistency and understanding to thrive.
Key responsibilities:
• Supporting pupils with SEMH needs
• Delivering targeted interventions
• Supporting behaviour management strategies
• Working 1:1 and in small groups
• Encouraging emotional regulation and resilience
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Has experience supporting SEMH needs
• Is calm, resilient and reflective
• Is passionate about inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
