We’re supporting a warm and welcoming primary school in Sunbury-On-Thames who are on the lookout for a Level 3-qualified EYFS TA to join their Early Years team. It’s the perfect setting for someone who knows how to nurture curiosity, build confidence, and get involved in all the messy, marvellous fun of EYFS life.

If you’re patient, playful, and know your phonics from your finger painting, this one’s for you.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting children aged 2–3 in Nursery or Reception

  • Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, child-led learning

  • Helping build routines that make little ones feel safe and secure

  • Encouraging language, independence, and big imaginations

  • Supporting behaviour and early development with care and consistency

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 EYFS qualification (or equivalent in childcare/early years)

  • EYFS experience (nursery, preschool or school-based)

  • A gentle, confident approach and bags of energy

  • A clear, up-to-date DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
