Job Description
Job Duties:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning activities
- Assisting with the preparation of lesson materials and resources
- Providing one-to-one support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
- Supervising students during class and outdoor activities
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Valid DBS check
Education:
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the national curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid certification
- Additional training in special educational needs (SEN)
Working Conditions:
- Temporary position with Full-Time hours
- Work within a school environment
- May involve some outdoor activities and off-site visits

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
