Do you have your Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and a real passion for helping young people thrive?

We’re looking for a caring, proactive TA to join friendly, inclusive schools across Sheffield and Chesterfield. In this role, you’ll help pupils grow in confidence, support their learning, and create calm, engaging classrooms where every child can shine.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the class teacher in lessons and small group activities

  • Helping pupils stay focused and confident in their learning

  • Adapting support to suit different abilities and needs

  • Bringing your Level 3 training to life in every lesson

What we’re looking for

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)

  • Experience supporting pupils in a classroom setting

  • A positive, patient, and reliable approach
