What you’ll be doing

You’ll be supporting pupils across the school, with a particular focus on children with special educational needs. From helping a child settle into their morning routine to adapting activities so everyone can join in, you’ll be that steady, reassuring presence that helps the classroom tick.

  • 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN
  • Helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and feel safe
  • Working closely with the SENCO, class teacher, and wider team
  • Bringing patience, empathy, and a positive approach to each day
