We’re looking for a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school supporting children with additional needs.

You’ll work alongside experienced staff who truly understand the importance of calm, consistent support. From sensory play to structured learning, you’ll help pupils feel safe, seen and celebrated for who they are.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs

  • Helping to deliver individual learning plans

  • Building trust and routine through positive relationships

  • Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher

What we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning

  • Experience in an SEND or nurture setting

  • A kind, patient approach and sense of humour
