We’re looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Newcastle. You’ll be supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping them engage in lessons, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting class teachers with engaging learning activities and interventions

Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils who need extra help

Helping to create a calm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to meet individual needs
What we’re looking for:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)

Strong understanding of primary classroom routines and expectations
-
A warm, patient, and proactive attitude to supporting children’s learning

Experience supporting pupils with additional or special educational needs is a bonus
