Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Full-Time | ASAP Start | Long-Term / Potentially Permanent
An Ofsted-rated Good primary school is looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start and excellent potential for long-term or permanent employment for the right candidate.
Please note: Applicants must hold an NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Applications without this qualification cannot be considered.
Your Role:

Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.

Assist with the learning and development of all pupils, including those with SEN.

Work closely with staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
What We’re Looking For:

NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning (mandatory).

Experience working in a primary school setting is preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Enthusiasm, patience, and a commitment to helping all pupils succeed.
