Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Full-Time | ASAP Start | Long-Term / Potentially Permanent

An Ofsted-rated Good primary school is looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start and excellent potential for long-term or permanent employment for the right candidate.

Please note: Applicants must hold an NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Applications without this qualification cannot be considered.

Your Role:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.

  • Assist with the learning and development of all pupils, including those with SEN.

  • Work closely with staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

  • Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning (mandatory).

  • Experience working in a primary school setting is preferred.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Enthusiasm, patience, and a commitment to helping all pupils succeed.
