We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join multiple primary schools
About the role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support learning across the classroom, deliver targeted interventions, and provide one-to-one or small-group support where required. You will play an active role in helping pupils access the curriculum and make progress, contributing to a positive and well-managed learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

Working one-to-one or with small groups of pupils

Delivering interventions under the direction of the teacher or SENCo

Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

Maintaining accurate records and providing feedback on pupil progress

Adhering to safeguarding and school policies at all times

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (required)
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (required)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Right to work in the UK
- Level 3 in education
