Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:
- Supporting the teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities in a primary school setting.
- Monitoring individual pupils' progress and reporting on their needs, achievements, and concerns.
- Assisting in pupil supervision and managing pupil behaviour within the school environment.
- Undertaking classroom administrative tasks, including record-keeping and maintaining documentation.
- Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies as necessary to support the educational development of pupils.
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Proficiency in safeguarding practises
Education:
- Completion of Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role within an educational environment
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in relevant areas of education and child development
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with regular school hours
- Work primarily within a classroom environment
- Potential interaction with children, parents, and external stakeholders

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
