Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant – Sunderland Area

Pay: £89 to £110 per day

You’ll support pupils with communication differences, sensory needs and learning goals, working alongside teachers, therapists and dedicated SEND staff.

Your responsibilities:
• Leading small-group sessions or structured tasks
• Supporting personal development and communication targets
• Assisting with EHCP-linked goals
• Providing emotional regulation support with patience and care

To shine in this role, you’ll need:
• Level 3 TA or equivalent qualification
• Experience in autism, PMLD or complex needs
• A supportive and proactive approach
