Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Birmingham (Full-Time, Long-Term)

We’re looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly mainstream primary school in Birmingham on a long-term, full-time basis.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2

  • Helping pupils access lessons, build confidence, and enjoy learning

  • Working closely with teachers and the SEN team to adapt support for individual needs

  • Creating a positive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive

What we’re looking for:

  • NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, or similar)

  • A patient, proactive attitude and great communication skills

  • A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
