A lovely nursery in Earl’s Court is on the lookout for a skilled Level 3 practitioner who truly enjoys the early years and wants to make a real impact in children’s day-to-day lives. What you’ll be doing:
• Creating a safe, nurturing space where children feel confident to explore and learn
• Planning meaningful EYFS-linked activities that genuinely support development
• Working collaboratively with your team to keep routines smooth and consistent
• Building positive relationships with parents and keeping communication clear
• Maintaining high-quality observations that reflect each child’s progress and needs
What we’re looking for:
• A full Level 3 childcare qualification
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and how to put it into practice
• Someone proactive, dependable, and confident in leading within the room
• Experience in nursery or early years environments
• A practitioner who gets involved in play and builds real, child-led interactions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
