Who we’re looking for:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Supporting Teaching and Learning, or similar

  • Real classroom or nursery experience (paid or voluntary)

  • A calm, kind approach—especially in SEND environments

  • Someone reliable, flexible, and ready to roll with it

Bonus points if:

  • You’re Thrive trained – or ready to get started (we’ll sort the training)

  • You’ve worked 1:1, in small groups, or across full classes

  • You’re confident with routines, regulation, or sensory strategies
