A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Uxbridge is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner (Key Worker) to join their EYFS team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 qualified practitioner who is passionate about early learning, play-based development, and creating a warm, engaging environment for young children to flourish.

The role:

  • Support children aged 3–5 as a Key Worker within the EYFS setting

  • Plan and deliver stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum

  • Observe and track children’s progress, contributing to high-quality learning journeys

  • Encourage independence, curiosity, and social confidence through both structured and play-based learning

What we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)

  • Experience working in a nursery or school EYFS setting

  • A calm, nurturing, and proactive approach to learning

  • Solid understanding of safeguarding and child development
