A warm and inclusive primary school in Hayes is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioner (Key Worker) to join their EYFS team immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified practitioner who is passionate about early childhood education and creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children thrive.
The role:

Support children aged 3–5 as a Key Worker within the EYFS setting

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

Observe and record children’s progress, maintaining accurate learning journeys

Promote independence, curiosity, and social development through play and structured learning
What we’re looking for:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)

Previous experience in a nursery or school EYFS setting

A warm, patient, and engaging approach with young children

Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
