Job Duties:

  • Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children in the Early Years setting
  • Provide a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning and development
  • Observe, assess, and record each child's progress
  • Work in partnership with parents and carers
  • Ensure the health and safety of all children in the setting

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • First Aid qualification

Education:

Minimum of Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification

Experience:

Previous experience working in an Early Years setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Forest School Practitioner qualification
  • SEN experience

Working Conditions:

  • Working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Indoor and outdoor work
