Pay: £89 to £110 per day (PAYE)

We’re looking for a brilliant Level 2 TA to join a specialist setting in South Shields that supports children with a wide range of additional needs. Think calm classrooms, thoughtful routines, and a team who genuinely look out for each other.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils with a mix of learning and communication needs

Helping with small group work and one-to-one activities

Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation

Working closely with teachers and therapists to keep pupils thriving
What we’re looking for:

Level 2 childcare or TA qualification

A gentle, patient approach
-
Someone who’s great at building trust with children who need consistency
-
Experience in SEND is ideal, though not essential if you’ve got the right warmth and resilience
