Level 2/3 SEND TA – Ideal for Autism & Communication Needs – Sunderland/South Shields

This specialist SEND role is ideal for a qualified Level 2 or 3 TA who loves supporting pupils with autism, learning delays or communication needs.

You’ll be part of a nurturing team that values consistency, structure and positive relationships.

You’ll be doing things like:
• Supporting pupils with personalised learning and sensory activities
• Using visuals, prompts and consistent routines
• Helping pupils reduce anxiety and engage in learning
• Working closely with teachers and support staff
• Supporting communication development in creative ways

You’ll be a great fit if:
• You’re Level 2 or Level 3 qualified
• You have previous SEND or autism experience
• You’re patient, intuitive and calm under pressure
• You enjoy celebrating progress, however small

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
