We are working with a leading educational provider to recruit an inspirational Lecturer in Health and Social Care. This part-time role (30 hours/week, Mon-Fri excluding Thursday) involves teaching Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care programmes, including the upcoming T-level in Health Science. The successful candidate may also take on course leadership and tutorial duties. Agile working options may be available depending on personal circumstances.

Person Specification:

  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for Health and Social Care

  • Experience teaching or assessing Health & Social Care or Health Science subjects

  • Relevant degree or professional qualification plus teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DTLS) or willingness to complete L5 Diploma

  • Ability to create an inclusive, stimulating learning environment

  • Empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of safeguarding & student welfare
