We are working with a leading educational provider to recruit an inspirational Lecturer in Health and Social Care. This part-time role (30 hours/week, Mon-Fri excluding Thursday) involves teaching Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care programmes, including the upcoming T-level in Health Science. The successful candidate may also take on course leadership and tutorial duties. Agile working options may be available depending on personal circumstances.

Person Specification:

Strong subject knowledge and passion for Health and Social Care

Experience teaching or assessing Health & Social Care or Health Science subjects
-
Relevant degree or professional qualification plus teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DTLS) or willingness to complete L5 Diploma

Ability to create an inclusive, stimulating learning environment

Empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of safeguarding & student welfare
