POST: Learning Support Worker
LOCATION: West Bromwich Birmingham
HOURS: 37 Hours, term time plus 1 week

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Worker to join our Inclusion Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to students’ learning and development in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support small groups of students to meet their SEN requirements
  • Tutor individual students as needed
  • Assist students’ learning across the curriculum, tailoring support to individual needs
  • Promote inclusion and contribute to the successful induction of new students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
