Are you brilliant with children who need a little extra support to thrive? Do you know how to spot a wobble before it becomes a whirlwind? You might just be the kind of person our schools are looking for.

We’re working with a range of mainstream primary schools that offer Enhanced Learning Provisions - dedicated spaces where children with additional needs get the support, structure and nurturing they deserve. These schools are seeking compassionate, experienced Learning Support Assistants who can bring patience, empathy, and practical know-how to their classrooms.

What your day might look like:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups within enhanced provision settings

  • Collaborating closely with SENCOs, teachers, and therapists

  • Creating calm, structured routines where pupils can feel safe and understood

  • Encouraging progress - academically, socially and emotionally

  • Celebrating the small wins (and bringing the tissues for the big ones )

What you’ll need:

  • Experience working with children in schools or childcare (SEND experience a bonus!)

  • A calm, consistent and positive approach

  • Bags of empathy and a good sense of humour

  • Willingness to support personal care and physical needs where required
