Salary: £88–£105 per day (paid weekly via PAYE)
Contract: Full-time, ongoing
Start Date: Immediate

We’re looking for a friendly and committed Learning Support Assistant to join a Year 3 class in one of our welcoming Bradford primary schools. If you love helping children grow in confidence and want to be part of a supportive school team, this could be the role for you.

Your role:

  • Support pupils in a Year 3 class with their learning and daily routines

  • Work 1:1 with children who need extra encouragement and guidance

  • Help create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child can thrive

  • Assist the class teacher with activities, resources, and group work

  • Celebrate small wins and make a big difference to pupils’ progress

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with children (school, tutoring, childcare or similar)

  • A positive, encouraging attitude and good communication skills

  • Patience, resilience, and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils

  • A genuine passion for supporting young learners
