Learning Support Assistant (SEND) – Full Time

Contract: Full time, long term
Start: ASAP
Pay: £89 to £110 per day (PAYE)
This is a lovely opportunity to join a specialist setting supporting autistic pupils who benefit from calm routines and clear communication. If you’re caring, patient, and love seeing children achieve at their own pace, you’ll feel right at home.
Your day-to-day:

Providing structured support to pupils with ASC

Helping them access learning through visuals and routines

Encouraging communication and independence
-
Working with teachers and speech therapists

Celebrating small steps and helping pupils feel secure
The ideal person:

Has experience with SEND or autism
-
Brings warmth and consistency
-
Is reliable, patient, and thoughtful

Enjoys working as part of a supportive team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
