We’re looking for calm, caring, and proactive Learning Support Assistants to work flexibly in primary schools across Lambeth. Whether it’s just a day here and there or something more regular, we’ll match you with schools that truly value what you bring to the classroom.

What you might be doing:

✨ Supporting individual pupils with additional needs
✨ Running small group interventions
✨ Helping children settle, learn, and feel supported
✨ Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom routines


What we’re after:

Experience supporting children or young people (in or out of school)
A patient, positive approach and great communication skills
An interest in SEND or learning needs (training available!)
Someone who brings warmth and reliability every day
