Your role could include:
✨ 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
✨ Small group work in literacy, numeracy, or social skills
✨ Helping children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn
✨ Supporting class routines and promoting positive behaviour
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal)
A caring, calm approach and brilliant communication skills
An understanding of SEND or a willingness to learn
Someone who shows up with empathy and enthusiasm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
