1:1 Teaching Assistant – Full-Time

Pay: £89.85 to £110 per day

We’re supporting a large, lively secondary school that’s after someone calm, patient, and genuinely brilliant at building trust. You’ll be working closely with one pupil who needs consistent support to access learning, manage routines, and feel settled in the classroom.
What you’ll be doing

Providing 1:1 support across lessons

Helping the pupil stay engaged, confident, and ready to learn

Supporting with emotional regulation and behaviour

Working closely with teachers and the SEND team

Creating a safe space where the pupil feels understood and valued
