The Role
You’ll support students across Key Stages 3 to 5, helping them access a broad, balanced curriculum and develop the confidence to flourish. The role involves both classroom-based support and small-group interventions, working closely with teachers and the SEN team to create a calm, encouraging learning environment.
Your Day-to-Day

Supporting individual students and small groups in lessons

Helping learners stay focused, motivated, and confident

Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive, accessible lessons

Supporting literacy, numeracy, and study skills

Contributing to the school’s strong pastoral and enrichment culture
What We’re Looking For

Experience supporting children or young people (in education or similar settings)

A patient, adaptable, and positive attitude
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
(Bonus) Experience working with SEND or SEMH needs
