The role
We are working with a welcoming 11–18 secondary school to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across KS3–KS5. This role involves 1:1 and small group support, helping students with SEN, SEMH, or additional learning needs access the curriculum and build confidence.

Key responsibilities

The ideal candidate

Experience working with children or young people in school, youth work, or care

Patient, adaptable, and nurturing

Confident supporting behaviour and engagement in a secondary setting

SEN experience is desirable but not essential

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
