We’re supporting a welcoming primary school just outside Shepton Mallet that’s looking for someone kind, patient and ready to get stuck in. They need an LSA who can build strong relationships, bring positivity to the classroom and offer steady support to pupils who need a little extra encouragement.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils across the school with their learning, independence and wellbeing

  • Helping to create calm, upbeat classroom environments where every child feels included

  • Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging activities

  • Offering tailored support to pupils with additional needs where required
